1. Inspect the Exterior & Surrounding Area

• Wait 5 Minutes: If this is the first time lighting it, there may be air in the gas line. You may need to cycle the power a few times to bleed the air out before it successfully ignites.

• Verify Flame Colour: Look through the sight glass once the heater is running.You want to see a steady blue flame. A yellow or orange flame usually means the burners are dirty and need a professional cleaning.
